Ruth Coates – Technical Sales Director
Ruth has a wealth of experience in the cleaning industry. Having a chemical background, this allows RCB to be one step ahead of the competition, allowing us to diagnose your cleaning problems areas quickly and cost effectively.
Gareth Coates – Finance Director
Although finance is Gareth's main area of expertise, he also supports the sales development team, looking after all the industrial equipment along with all Health and Safety aspects of the company.
Gary Adams – General Manager
Gary boasts a wealth of experience in management and in the cleaning industry, giving him all the qualities to run the business in a professional and meticulous manner.
Jill Shelley – Sales Development Manager

Angela is our longest serving member and knows the contracts inside out. She has her finger on the button and ensures all our contracts are maintained to a high standard.
Karen Hollies – HR Manager
As part of any well organized company, Karen's job is a vital part of the operation. Karen deals with the staff professionally and fairly to get the most out of our staff.
Sandra Green – Site Audit and Training Manager
Sandra has a key role in ensuring our contracts run smoothly. Training is a fundamental part of RCB’s success and contracts are checked on a regular basis for quality standards.
Boris - Head of Security and Internal Affairs
Some would argue that our Russian Black Terrier Boris is the most important member of the team. He certainly thinks so, having been with the company since he was born 5 years ago. No-one crosses Boris.
